Ventura takes on The View

Who? What? When? Why? How?

Via The Stranger-Jessie Ventura squares off against Elizabeth Hasselback on the hot (or wet) topic of Waterboarding. Ventura, apparently a former Navy Seal, is one of the few people who has actually been Waterboarded. According to him, it is torture. Hands down and no questions asked. Well, actually, he does ask a few questions, pointed directly at Miss former Prom Queen herself.

Who Waterboards? And, if it is indeed so great, and yields such top-notch results, shouldn't our cops be Waterboarding, too? Who does it get done to? Does the white people or only Muslims?

Elizabeth had one question only- What did Pelosi know and when did she know it?

This was met with a few more questions.

Why do the Republicans focus all of their attention on Pelosi when it wasn't really her doing or authorizing any of it? And is the information really that great that the terrorists (oops, Freudian slip, I mean,interrogators) get from their interrogations? And, what if anything, separates us from them when it is all said and done?

And finally, why weren’t Bush and Cheney brought up on charges for their successful attempts to lead us into a war in the first place under totally false pretenses?
